A few Words about myself, 

 

I am 30 years old, the eldest of five, I have been training in birthday cake decorating since my brother asked for a train shaped cake when I was twelve. 

I have a B.A. in Special education from Tel Hai college and worked as a nursery teacher before deciding to switch to pastry. I believe a person should wake up every morning loving what they do with all their heart and that is why I have chosen to be a Chef.

For the past three years I have been working and training as a pastry chef. 

I studied pastry in Israel and then worked in a few different Bakeries and Cafes, the last one was “Kama” Harduf where we worked side in side with adults with special needs in the kitchen. 

I am now returning from a year of training at the culinary school "Le Cordon Bleu" in London, an experience that gave me the confidence to call myself a chef and believe in my skills and Capability.
