“I like pie.” Barack Obama
My mothers Plum Pie topped with Sugar and Cinnamon is the first pie I ever made, the sweet base with sour fruit and crunchy sweet sugar is a winner in my eyes. In israel where the fruit is exeptional, playing with fillings and textures is such a pleasure!
I learned to appreciate our Fruit only after I tried to use fruit in a different country.
